Thank you, @MillaLite Yes!! I started doing intermittent fasting and immediately I saw the difference!! Same caloric intake, just a different pattern of when I eat and my body seems to love it! Yay!! πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ™ŒπŸΌ

That's great! Glad you are doing it. IF is so wonderful for our bodies. That "empty" space gives our system time to drop & normalize insulin. I also use IF (mostly). It's mentally tougher than physical, especially when the pointless "I'm snacky cuz I'm bored" munchies kick in. Then I remind myself, those pointless 'I'm bored' munchies are what got me fat in the first place lol. Well, keep on keeping on! So happy it's working!

The morning time is a bit of a challenge but when I'm busy at work I don't hardly think about it. If the hunger kicks in, I guzzle water. Black coffee is a friend as well! Lol πŸ˜† I've also been making myself go to bed earlier as well, because I was infamous for late-night snacking... I was a "cereal killer" before my diet. Loved cereal, any cereal... no more!! I know I'm doing something good for my body. Thanks for the encouragement.
