Scale is not cooperating, since I have been doing weight lifting every other day. Scale is beginning to stress me, but my clothes are getting loser. I am following diet to a T giving up and exchanging those things my kids eat that I don't need. Modify! Modify! Modify!
199.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 59.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
