I can really feel in my clothes I have lost a bit of weight and it is so obvious people have actually told me they can see it.

I am just terrified of getting onto the scale! I know it's the centimeters that could, BUT STILL! Just going to stick to my plan to weight myself on the last day of the month or a day before the wedding.

To see the total I lost. Then after the wedding on the monday I will start again full force! My goal is to loose the 39kg by December!

Come HELL of HIGH WATER!!!! Somethings gotta give!

Congratulations! It feels so good when your clothes are fitting more loosly and people start noticing that you've lost weight.

Hi sorry only saw your comments now. Thanks Glam. Leratoo the pills are awesome really help suppress your appetite. They are a live saver. I am currently also drinking the Ultima 1 Shake that is super low in calories. As you can see I'm not snacking and only doing meals and I've gotten use to it so I am not hungry any more although I do indulge on the weekends but ry and keep under control a bit!!!
