Yeah, sometimes we go too hard right out the gate. Remember, weight loss is not a sprint, its a cross country...it will take time. If you push too hard, your body will push back. Take care of yourself, eat well, drink TONS, and you can kick @$$ when your body is ready. Start smaller, 30 day challenge, then 60 day, then 90 day. Give yourself a break in between. Work up to hardcore, you can do this!!!
