So I had to take a break from my 90 workouts in 90 days challenge I set for myself. I have just been so dizzy and so nauseous the last few days I think I’m doing too much with the no sugar and low carb my body just was not ready for this rapid weight loss and then I believe I let myself get dehydrated and even a change in my bi polar medication and I just feel nauseous and dizzy all the time. Even work has become really hard the last two days. So I’m not going to beat myself up for not being able to complete my challenge I just see it as fine tuning and I’ll try again at a later date. But for now gonna focus on getting myself balanced.

Yeah, sometimes we go too hard right out the gate. Remember, weight loss is not a sprint, its a cross country...it will take time. If you push too hard, your body will push back. Take care of yourself, eat well, drink TONS, and you can kick @$$ when your body is ready. Start smaller, 30 day challenge, then 60 day, then 90 day. Give yourself a break in between. Work up to hardcore, you can do this!!!

Thanks!! I get made fun of all the time for my huge sunglasses and now that my face is smaller, they look even bigger. I love it! haha

I hope you feel better and that you can see a doctor if you don't. Keep hydrated with G2 or something that replaces your electrolytes.

Klynn82 I am the same way!!! I love my big glasses and the more weight I loose the more awesome I think they look!!! They look great everyone else is just jelly that you can rock the $hit outta them. Ny_Shelly thank you so much for your well wishes and I’m gonna get my hands on some G2 today asap!
