Overall I like what I am seeing. Current stats are 7.5% body fat 47% Muscle Have been lifting some so I expect my weight may go up if I put on any lean muscle mass. Still have areas of flab and or lose skin but it does appear to be slowly going away. Need to keep on keepin on.
