Day 23 Making no progress but not giving up.
Still working on my mindset and focus. Overall, I'm doing well. Not well enough to move the scale, but well enough to stay determined. It was a long working day as Mondays always are. Lots of issues at business #2, hopefully coming to an end soon.

My wins today:
*Got a good session in this morning
*went for a long walk in the afternoon
*Logged my food intake and ate within calories allowance
*Drank fluids throughout the day, just about to have an evening tea.
*Woke up on time, did the chores.

I'm changing my narrative as well. My thoughts and self talk have to be more positive and rewarding of all the good (great) things I accomplish. I envision the future reaching my goals.

It may be the problem with your carbs. Carbs tend to stall weight loss for me at least.

Moving the scale is no big deal it will happen Health is number 1 you have a winning combination going keep up the great attitude and mindset is everything!

Don't worry, I'm pretty sure you are doing great. It doesn't matter if the scale doesn't move today - or for a whole week for they matter. The only thing that matters is that you stay focused and within your plan. Your long term goals will become a reality if you stay focused and disciplined. Keep it up!

watch your inches. sometimes when the scale does not move the tape does. don't give up.

Thanks to FS, I log absolutely everything that passes my lips!.lol As a result, I have lost 22 1bs since the first week in January. No frills diet, just eating sensibly, low fat and watching portion sizes. Still a way to go but feeingl that I'm winning.

Well done Christinespain1 I need to start logging food. And Redhairblackshoes, wow thats a mouthful, i love your daily wins, I may steal that idea. Thanks for the inspiration. BTW, something that worked well for me, was the weight loss meditation self hypnosis, on youtube. you have to listen to it everyday, for 30 days. You can also find ones on there for sugar and chocolate addiction.
