Pretty good today. Had a difficult time last night with craving sweets. Found sound dark chocolate (which I don't like, lol) and after a couple of bites, I was fine. Have a question if anyone notices this...is there a way on here to track how much water we drink?

Good job fighting the cravings. If you go to the food diary you can actually add Water. Just click on the meal you think you are closest to or snack perhaps and do a search on water. All different choices will come up.
