I'm in the middle of week 1 of the first week of Keto for 8 Weeks Part two. I took a week break. When I saw the new Challenge Part 2 I decided to join. My official weight in date has always been Monday but for the Challenge it is on Thursday. Enjoying this again. I expected a slower weight loss so I was pleasantly surprised.
167.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 27.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
