That looks really good. Do you mind saying how you made it if it's not too much trouble?

@Ny_Shelly, Let me preface that I didnt follow a specific recipe & I measured nothing. But I will definitely share. I watched several eggroll in a bowl / crack slaw videos on youtube to get an general idea of the how to's & made a mental note of what flavor ingredients I wanted in mine. 1 pound ground country pork sausage Pre-minced garlic (the glass jar kind) Avacado oil (oil of your choice) Ginger root Green onions Carrots Cabbage Cracked black pepper & himalayan pink salt Bragg's Coconut liquid aminos (soy sauce substitute) Begin to brown pork sausage over medium heat. Peel about a thumb size piece of ginger using a spoon edge (i watched a video on ginger - 1st time cooking w/ it). Grate ginger into meat, add a hefty tablespoon of garlic, drizzle in about ¼ cup of oil, saute on low heat letting garlic & ginger cook into meat. Sliced up 4 green onions, add to pan. Grate 2 carrots into pan. Continue to saute & stir over low heat. Then I added about ⅔ cup of coconut liquid aminos into my meat & veg base. Continue to stir. Lastly, I added ½ head shredded cabbage. I wanted my cabbage more firm not soggy. Stir cabbage around until it was fully wet with coconut aminos & oil sauce. Use a tight lid, cover, saute about 5 minutes. Salt &pepper to taste. Remove from heat, let sit about 5-10 minutes for cabbage to wilt some more. It made about 10 1 cup servings. My 7 y.o. even loved this, delicious healthy eggroll substitute! Watching youtube vids gave me confidence that I could pull this off. It was soooo worth it! Hope this helps!

@CarrieV - I had to put leftovers away immediately so I didn't go back for seconds lol! If I may ask, what were your ingredients in case I want to try a different version next time?

Yeah, the recipe I followed was this: 1 tbsp. olive oil 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tbsp. minced fresh ginger 1 lb. ground pork 1 tbsp. sesame oil 1/2 onion, thinly sliced 1 c. shredded carrot 1/4 green cabbage, thinly sliced 1/4 c. soy sauce 1 tbsp. sriracha 1 tbsp. sesame seeds 1 green onion, thinly sliced In a large skillet over medium heat, heat vegetable oil. Add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, 1-2 minutes. Add pork and cook until no pink remains. Push pork to the side and add sesame oil. Add onion, shredded carrots, and cabbage. Stir to combine with meat and add soy sauce and Sriracha. Cook until cabbage is tender, 5-8 minutes. Transfer mixture to serving dish and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve

Let me add that I bought a coleslaw package for the pre-cut cabbage. I added in more small carrot slices. It was great and will definitely make it again soon!

Hi @8Patty & @tahoebrun! Thanks @CarrieV. for taking the time to share your version. I just finished browsing your jounal & saw your eggroll bowl. I think next time I will pick some sesame oil instead of using avacado oil. I'll skip the sesame seeds though. Other than that, our recipes are very similar.
