I have a nasty new habit. All I can think about truly annoying for me. I should be OVER CRAVING SWEETS. by now. I'm not cheating. ? So why the frog in the bucket? I appear to be heavily dependent on whipped heavy cream. when the cravings are bad I have
.5 cup of fluff and it fills the space so at least I can tell me I'm too full to eat any more. seems to be working. I'm going to work on a Tiramisu fluff. will share when I get it right. never thought I would get tired of the chocolate. And I'm 2/3 done painting the ceiling.
197.4 lb Lost so far: 26.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What are some of the typical foods that you eat? I find certain types create cravings for me.

Keep up the good attitude and def respect yourself enough to stop others from abusing your kindness. Users have to be managed!! Oatmeal is a solution to a sweet tooth as odd as that may sound. Eating even just half a cup every other day keeps that sweet tooth at bay! I eat it everyday and throw it into and onto stuff. And Actually you can make your own ice cream in a Ziploc bag. Google/utube it. My health conscious son does it at least once a week. It turns out more like sherbert but it is low cal and delicious. If you have to have the cream kind the no sugar added are pretty reasonable calorie wise but like all else- can't overdue it. Blessings abundant!!
