運動:健走(3公里/30分鐘)、卷腹(50下/5分鐘)、滾輪(10x5下/5分鐘)、伏地挺身(30x2下/3分鐘)
心得:今天中午點了雞腿飯不要雞腿,結果店員問:「你是來亂的嗎?」我心裡嘀咕:「不是,我只是不想浪費那碗飯而已」。雖然不開心,那又怎樣呢?我不快樂就是為難自己而已,不如放寬心,將時間花在更有意義的事上。

Breakfast: 5 chicken nuggets; 1 frankfuter; 1 egg; 1 cup of coffee
Lunch: 1 fried chicken thigh; 0.5 cups of pickled radishes; 0.5 cups of steamed cabbge
Dinner: 1 baked egg with 2 slices of bacon; 1 cups of edamame
Exercise: walk (1.8 miles/30 minutes); crunches (50/5 minutes); abs roller (10x5/5 minutes); push-ups (30x2/3 minutes)
Journal: Ordered a chicken set in a diner today. As soon as I told the waitor I didn't want rice, he asked whether I was looking for trouble. I muttered in my heart, 'No, I just don't want to increase food waste.' Despite feeling a bit annoyed, I thought to myself, 'What can you do then? Being unhappy is just like trying to make your own life harder.' I didn't want to the fool so I decided to dig in and relax. I want to reserve my enery for meaningful things instead of these tiny unimportant trivials.

I like the way you put that about "unimportant trivials"...we encounter many of them throughout a day, don't we? How we react to them can really change our outlook on life.

不要他的飯 不是很好嗎 你不浪費 他也賺到 他還意見那麼多 有些人就是心胸不夠寬大 何況也不是要他多加2碗飯 有次我去買m 我說不要麵包 店員還問n次 你確定嗎? 还叫組長來問 我心想 是誰規定一定要吃麵包啦 我不能只吃裡面的料嗎⋯

這店員很不會講話耶XDD我哥曾經到麥當勞買早餐點火腿蛋堡不加蛋(他不喜歡麥當勞的蛋)店員問他要不要改點吉士堡本來就沒有蛋

店員可能沒遇過要雞腿飯而不要飯的客人吧?...其實不需要飯的客人大有人在啊…突然發現我遇到好店家,公司在定便當時簡直是讓店家傻眼,因為每個人低碳生酮的進度不同,老闆佛心來著不要飯的加菜量補給你... 只要清楚自己是在讓身體恢復到最健康的狀態就好,有時家人何嘗不也無法理解,更何況是外人...你很棒了...

👵🏻How’s an auntie to know? 🐌 You could have technology that slow? Megapixels, shmegapixels... 4 k could be a new talk or color spectrum? 🌈🚲But the 💡 idea is still valid young 🦗 Take pictures or video as you walk 🎎 unless you always go the same way? And if you do you need to be less boring once things settle down at work! 😆

Hey auntie, how are you today? According to Wiki, 4K refers to a horizontal screen display resolution in the order of 4,000 pixels. Yeah, maybe I should take pictures while I walk. Thank you.
