I WAS SO BAD. Last night my daughter had a pot luck grad dinner. I enjoyed so many deserts. Oh st elmos it was fabulous. So I didnt shed any extra pounds this week and I retained some of last nights dinner weight. Time to get back to responsible eating again.😊
215.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That’s the secret I think... is just pick yourself back up and put yourself back on track. I had a party to attend yesterday so I made the most beautiful veggie tray to take along and I was sure I had lots of things I liked to much on
