I got down to about 147 and gained it back. Not exercising. I just can't seem to get motivated to log food and get my butt in the gym. I need to figure it out because I feel like I am going down a spiral I can't control. I cannot go back to weighing 210 pounds again!
155.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
