热身7分钟 前后跳 站立跳 俯卧撑 提* 开合跳 卷腹触踝
平板撑 1分钟 卷腹30秒
有氧36分钟 4公里
今日中餐 晚餐都是沙拉 牛肉 鸡肉 黄瓜 小番茄
晚上体重60Kg 期待明天早上掉秤!
132.1 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
