Woke at 211.6, up .4 from yesterday. Back to work today so the calories burned will go up. Targeting 1625 calories, all at dinner. UPDATE: Got distractingly hungry at lunch and ate a ketone bar. That held me until dinner. But weighed 215.2 coming in the door, so the water and food all stayed with me today. Jason brought me an Unwich tonight and then I did my podcast. But afterward, I got hungry again and ended up eating a lot -- almost 2400 calories for the day. I burned a lot of calories today so maybe that's what led to it. Tomorrow morning's weigh-in might be scary. Still under my 1500 per day calorie average for the month. This morning's weigh-in is today's low.

No food pictures? I always look forward to your posts because you eat the things I'd love to eat. Maybe once I meet goal, and practice portion control!

Nordic nut and seed bread - I just found it in your recipes. Hadn't looked before because of my necessary restrictions of fat. Happy that it used olive oil and I suppose I could use egg whites without the yolks (one yolk has 200mg cholesterol which is my maximum for the day). I've seen pictures of your breads and they look good. I'll have to experiment. I do eat nuts and my doctor told me I could eat more than the 2 tablespoons I usually have.
