We went out to a very special restaurant with the friends that bought us the gift certificate, so we decided to eat off plan for that night. Unfortunately, like other times, this led to 4 days of "splurging" on off plan foods. I gained 5.6 pounds back in four days. It is so easy for my body to gain weight and so hard to lose. It's discouraging. I must get right back on track today.
