I have to stop this yo-yo’ing. Being a mom to a child with special needs on top of normal day to day is simply draining and stressful and I just eat and eat. But I’m so sick of this!!! Back to the basics.
347.1 lb Lost so far: 19.9 lb.    Still to go: 152.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
