Again, I ate more carbs than I should have yesterday, but by not snacking between meals, my set point is starting to be around 190 lbs. instead of 193 lbs.
189.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 11.2 lb a week
