Wow, my weight didn't budge at all. Not even a percentage point. That is so weird! I'm okay with it though. Every week I learn how to embrace change, and it gets a little easier each time.

The last two days I went a little overboard, as I've been craving certain foods all week, and having a rough week emotionally.
However, I did make the CHOICE to go overboard, and that is huge.

All week I was able to make the choice to NOT give in to my cravings. And eventually I decided I would for a couple meals.
I have to say, it was amazing to realize I had some control over my cravings.

I still need to find a form of exercise that I can do regularly. Getting to the gym in the mornings is rough, and hasn't been sustainable. It's always too cold and uncomfortable!
Haha, I just realized. If it's really just about being too cold, why don't I just get warmer gym clothes for goodness sake. Silly. Well, it's worth a shot.

Great post! I feel like this whole process is so much more mental than i ever gave it credit for in the past.

I like your post. I too am a victim of my unwillingness to face the cold, when I really want to and obviously should be out walking. The rewards, both during and after, are well worth the effort!! Sooooo, I got some fun new duds to insulate against the chilly weather and today I begin my walking regimen. 💝
