Back from the first in a series of work trips that will span about 6 weeks 😱. Thought I'd gain from the way I ate these last few days. Actually down a bit to my surprise. Next few weeks will be spent on planes and in hotels. Not looking forward to it. Oh well, gotta do what ya gotta do, preferably with a smile 😃.
138.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
