早餐 小笼包6个
中餐 饺子6个加扣肉
晚餐 小笼包6个 加酸辣鸡杂
129.9 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.1 lb a week
