Are you vegan? I take B12 and D2 because of being vegan. Was just wondering?

B12 comes from dirt an all fruits an vegetables are washed so only animal meat has it because farmer feed animal supplemnt not just food. D3 is a hormone not a vitamin I cover my self up with a long sleeve shirt an I always use pants so only my face get sun light. P.s B12 is save at any amount but D3 is only to be used at 2000iu. But none vegans can also be low in B12 an D3 they are safe for anyone.

D2 is the vegan form of D3 (which is made from lanolin in sheep wool). I was just wondering if you were vegan? That's all I was asking 😂

The d3 is vegan I'll look it up to day but I think d2 is something all together.
