June is over and it was hard to stay on par to my challenge demands. Over all i stayed within my healthy eating guidelines.
July started with work outs and will do the same for today.
Even though I am still working on weightloss the progress is VISIBLE and it feels SUPER GOOD!
New month...more progress!!

Lost so far: 12.0 lb.
Still to go: 8.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
