10st 10.1 Fat 26.2% (WW Thurs first weigh in equated to a 2lb loss after I'd weighed the totally different outfit I wore 😆) Well it felt like this week went on for about a month! And I had the usual Diet Day 3 Glumps when your body realises you're serious and doesn't like it! But after that, instead of just eating a bunch of stuff because it was 'zero' but that wasn't really food I wanted to eat, I've started to find my way around fitting in the things I DO want to eat, so that feels like a real step forward in making this doable. HOWEVER, we're away in Bath next weekend, which will be a bit heavier on the carbs, more so than I can fit into the Flex plan, so I also on day 3 started tracking on the old Smart Points as well, to see what sort of consumption we're looking at, because then I can work on that plan while I'm away, which is carb friendlier, but will still be more in control than just saying Bugrit! I'm averaging between 1100-1300 cals a day, and I'm meeting my step goals, so I'm very pleased with today's result, as I wasn't expecting that "1st week bonus" today since I'd already started being good before I went back to WW.
150.1 lb Lost so far: 28.9 lb.    Still to go: 18.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
