Still the same weight, I just wanted to add a comment...Isn't it wonderful that "smelling" chocolate becomes a free food...lol...I actually don't miss chocolate but I do miss sweets in general so I make sure to eat a fruit at breakfast and at lunch. That seems to help me. I am not a drinker but I do enjoy the occasional beer so Saturday evenings I have 1 beer and either 15 Pringles Chips or 26 grams of Hickory chip sticks...yes, I do weigh it and I make sure I have every gram...lol I had used Fatsecret a few years ago and had lost 40 lbs then went to see a dietitian to see how many more calories I could consume to maintain. Since I am disabled and can't move a lot, it was important to get that information. I maintained for quite a while but then I unfortunately went off the proverbial "wagon". So I'm back on Fatsecret and actually enjoying planning my meals again. To everyone , I wish you all a wonderful day and upcoming weekend!
144.2 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's all about taking care of yourself and you're doing it. 😊 I heard or read somewhere that fruit is nature's dessert. It may have been a commercial, but it makes sense. Good luck. 👍
