Today I told myself no. Not just no. But NO. Stop the excessive eating. JUST STOP IT. NO.

With exercise, after about two weeks of doing the same workout schedule, I get bored, so I decided to mix it up every week. Every day, a different workout. Grace is given when vacations come up (there will be lots of walking!), and immediately back in the groove following.

The nutrition is where the true issue is - that and the willow tree branch of will power.

Water bottle - got a new one - in its former life it was a 2 liter container of Ginger Ale. Now it houses at least one, sometimes two of my daily water intake.

I love chocolate. I love Easter because Cadbury Creme Eggs come out. I love Amazon because I can get these even after Easter. Earlier this week, I had to pass two stores and the devil was working on me hard to turn into both or at least one to go buy some chocolate. Serious real battle, which I did win. But still wanted chocolate. Yesterday, I found my chocolate -- we have Nature Bounty Protein Shake - and go figure, it's chocolate flavor! YEAH! Mixed 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk + frozen banana + 2 scoops protein powder = a chocolate lover's delight. Drank some and put the rest in a freezer container for a tasty treat later. Nipped the chocolate craze temptation in the butt. And it was much better for me. (Yeah, there is still more Cadbury Creme Eggs from UK to come, but hoping I will have moved up to a more substantial branch.)
