I'm up 1.6 pounds since I weighed a couple days ago. I'm having a hard time losing or just maintaining. Since I started this weight loss journey in July it's been pretty consistent. I've had times where I've given in to cravings but then get right back to the diet and I've always lost whatever I gained back and then just continued on with the program. I think I'll call my doctor and ask him to check my thyroid with my next lab tests. I've stopped walking as much as I was before. I thought maybe it was allergies making me sluggish and it might be, but I was diagnosed with Graves Disease in 2000 or 2001 and then it came back again in 2008. I had hyperthyroidism with that and my doctor checks my thyroid often and it's stayed normal since 2008 after taking medication for about 6 months. I read that it's not uncommon to go from an overactive thyroid to an underactive thyroid. I'm tired all the time, don't want to exercise and get really COLD, keep turning up the thermostat to get comfortable. I know it could be something else, maybe just a plateau with the weight and the allergies but I'm getting discouraged. It's been nearly a month of having trouble just maintaining, let alone losing anything.

What am I missing, Fritz? Looks to me that you're down 5lbs since April 1st. I'd take that and run to the bank. 🤣👍🤗❤
