High heat and high humidity today foiled my cycling plans. I used the Comcast Cable FREE OnDemand exercise videos instead. I chose beginner workouts and I thought they were hard! Heart rate went up and lots of large muscle group work! It worked out pretty well - but I would rather be outdoors!

We all need to mix it up to challenge our bodies. I think the video was just what you needed. Great getting it done!

I do the Jillian Michaels 3o Day Shred workouts sometimes. Level I of the workouts seem challenging enough. The other levels look as if they might cause INJURY! Smart move! Way to go following your "Plan B."
