Winding up another day. Had a lunch that consisted of tuna (3 cans) mixed with MCT oil and seasoned with garlic, pepper, and some red chili. Got home a little early and opted to mix up some shredded cabbage (1/4 head) with a dressing of tbsp mayonnaise, rice vinegar, garlic, and lemon pepper. Only around 750-800 cals but feeling completely stuffed. :P

Getting closer to getting into my motorcycle leathers (jacket and vest). Still a ways to go, but getting closer and closer every day. I am going to get through the current weight plateau, just have to be patient. No my strong suit by any means but I will persevere! Remember… it’s all about the long game where weight is just a small part of eating and thus being healthier.
