Can you tell me what the meat part is? And that's just a regular tortilla? I'm brand new, just did some shopping last night trying to figure out meal plans just from everybody else's here. I think that's pepper jack cheese, lettuce and tortilla. Fish?? Breaded??

Everything looks good, but I too, am wondering if that is breaded fish or maybe chicken under the pepperjack cheese.

It's vegan pepper jack cheese with spice vegan chicken patty and hummus and a lot of lettuce. I try to follow the daily dozen but I also lov soy parties and hummus.
