The best use of chia seeds I came up so far is to put a tablespoon of chia into hot green tea along with some strawberries or orange slices. You can easily drink it hardly noticing chia inside.
The chia pudding is not that bad actually, when it comes with mango or some other nice fruit. But it is to heavy to consider it a snack. It is about 400 calories. And my snacks are usually in 100-200 calorie range. From the other hand it is not filling enough to consider it a proper meal. I had chia pudding for lunch today and I felt hungry almost immediately. And I know that if I would have some rice, tuna and veggies for the same amount of calories I would be full till the evening.
