Day 3 of Keto- I am doing better than I thought I would! I stay full for long periods of time and my portions are pretty small. I know that many people experience the "keto-flu" as sugars die off and you are switching into ketosis.. I hope I don't have too many problems. I have been trying to get a lot of electrolytes. I start every morning with 12oz of water with a little himalayan pink salt and half a lime. I also am supplementing magnesium. I have been thirsty but I keep forgetting to drink enough water! Must be better about that.. not usually a problem.
Every day I remind myself that my body is working hard for me and it's doing it's best! I have been adding a few burpees, dancing and moving more. I don't have what I would consider huge body image issues, but let's face it- I am trying to lose around 80lbs and I know quite a bit of that weight gain is from not being happy in some regard.
I'm still figuring out this website and hope journaling will keep me on track because I love writing!
