I have had a pack of those sitting on the counter unopened for probably 3 months or more 😂😂😂... friends and family give my son so much junk food all the time it's hard for us to get through it to actually get to snack on what we want to eat. I have a carb/junk food corner the pile of food there is rediculous and would probably make a less fortunate/needy person cry... We aren't big snackers tho the kiddo can eat his fair share of junk food, we just don't get to it

I had the smaller pack (2 cookies - 110 calories) - as a snack. I have a theory that works for me - it seems the more I consciously deprive myself of something (like chips ahoy) then at some point I am more than tempted to eat a whole bunch. By snacking on these (or other things like this) every few weeks, I treat it as a treat (as long as it fits into my daily calorie count). I know I can't eat these every day but every now and then is not a bad thing. Just my thoughts.

I could literally eat the whole pack. That is how bad I can binge. It will never go away. Why did you post that? Were you trying to not eat them or eat just a little or did you eat the whole thing?
