Ran out of time to make my own healthy snack but these are great as a quick grab and go and super tasty 😋

Tried the Bakewell tart one Y U M - could easily stick with these and avoid ‘normal’ cakes!

Just dried fruit like dates and nuts. So pretty healthy unless sugar from fruit against you

I was so proud of myself when I changed processed treats to homemade brownies, Snickers and chocolates made with dates and can treat myself guild-free, but weight never go down even in kcal deficit, until I realize that GI146, stops my fat burning)) eating very rare now..
