Woke at 213.2, up 2.2 from yesterday. Targeting 1500-1600 calories again today. Will fast until dinner. UPDATE: Had lunch as shown in the photo and then did happy hour after work. It went way late as I caught up with a lot of folks that I don't get to see often enough. Gigantic calorie burn as I was on my feet the entire time. Did eat more when I got home (as a super large midnight snack), but I weighed in at exactly 213.2 before that so the day was a wash in terms of weight loss. Working from home tomorrow so will try to flush some water.

Don't worry. I woke up almost 4 lbs heavier yesterday. Three of it was gone this morning - the rest will likely leave me today. I ate a business meal on Tuesday that I thought was on plan, but obviously there was something in it that I did not know about. It's all good - keep it up and things will move in the right direction!

Water weight, my weight this morning 115.6 after I had a 2000 calories intake yesterday 😐If 16/8 , I am doing this week the 5:2 diet Tuesday and today eating 500 calories
