So I need to go buy a scale tomorrow, but when my boys were at the doctors they weighed me and subtracted my weight to get theirs...so i was so disappointed to find that i weigh 212 lbs...the most non pregnant i have ever weighed. Its hard because, Bella is now 6 months old, so post baby weight is really no excuse at this point, and I have been exclusively breastfeeding, so the myth that you lose weight while breastfeeding is just that...a myth.

So, I will buy a scale tomorrow...only for progress recording because its not about the number on the scale, its about how you feel in that shirt or those jeans.

Oh, and i also need to buy the fat smash diet book, because this site is a little too vague.

The book is a very big help and very easy to read. You are so right about the scale - it is how you FEEL in that shirt and jeans, not what the # is.
