Did a 5k in 41 minutes this morning on the treadmill before starting my work day at the computer. That is my best time so far. After I got home, I still had time to eat a few scrambled egg whites and toast for breakfast. Happy Friday!!!!
193.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
