Almost 3 miles, with the last 20min at 3 incline and 3mph :) then a cool down. My shin didn't bother me tonight!

Well Done.... keep going! Just went to PF for 1st time today. Loved it---just hope tomorrow I'm not hating it --from being sore of course. :D

Good for you! The most important muscle in your bod is that heart! Keep that one working good and the rest will fall in behind. Start slow. You’ll get addicted to the endorphins after awhile. 😜
