Hey I just got married for 1 1/2 years and gained 20 pounds. I have a newborn child, and have no real energy. I work the night shifts for seven years. Everyone has been saying I have gained weight especially my mother in law which is really annoying. My goal is to eat healthier and increase my activity level so I can be more productive at work and home.
