Haven’t wrote anything in a while. 6 weeks ago I fell and broke the upper part of my humerus. Which is the upper part of my shoulder. Haven’t been able to do much of anything. I still don’t know if I tore my rotator cuff. Bone is healing but still painful. I have gained a few pounds back but I am determined to not let it get out of hand. Rode my exercise bike today and elliptical. Trying to keep track of my food intake.
