a little frustrated with my results. went on vacation in May and can not seem to lose the 4 lbs i gained. I really like these challenges but for some reason I am not consitently on this site so forget to follow the mini challenges. Not logging as much as I was before but working on that too. Anyway, really hoping to get the support I need. I didnt want to get on the scale but i did. gonna try to weigh in weekly to make myself more accountable.

Hey Lisa, I can help you as much as you want but I need you to start tracking your food as closely as you can. It's hard to get an idea as to where you might be going wrong if I can't see what you are eating. :)
