It has been one year since I started my Atkins journey and I could have never imagined how it has changed my perspective on health and eating. I am forever grateful to that one person who inspired me to try it after seeing her success. 55 lbs down. Down from a size 18 to 8 and still going! I will never go back to high carb and gluten based diet. I am amazed at how my body and immune system healed after just two weeks without the gluten.
