Starting a new diet & lifestyle. I have realized that I have to change my lifestle before I can change my weight. So far I have changed my life by starting a new business with my wonderful husband, going back to college to get my degree in general business, & now changing my lifestyle to lose more weight. I will reach my goal weight of 180 by January 2, 2013 (that is also the opening dated for our business)!!!!
