Another good day. 2 more and I will have completed 3 weeks at 100% on the diet.

My exercise wasn't great last night, just pacing and walking in place in front of the TV. But I did it for 40 minutes and I think I will have the motivation to get on clothes and go for a walk tonight. I really want to get 4 days of exercise this week. And every week.
269.7 lb Lost so far: 19.3 lb.    Still to go: 89.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
