SERIOUSLY?!!! Following plan 100%. NOTHING that I shouldn't eat. I'm up again this morning!?! I'm never going to make goal by Sept 9th at this rate. I'm not going to give up, but I'm sure not happy!
I'll drink 2x as much water today.....that's my plan.

I didn't lose today either, just hang in there, sometimes it's just water weight. I feel thinner and my clothes are starting to feel looser, how about you? If not then maybe more water? Are you on or pre TOM? Hang in there, just tell yourself at least you are not gaining like before :)

I am so sorry to hear that you have gained again. Are you exercising? Could that increase be added muscle? You are an inspiration to me because you are so committed!!;p

I find that tracking *everything I eat - no matter how minute it is - helps me tremendously. I can then try to find patterns and the food that may have thrown me out of ketosis or maybe I'm still in ketosis, but need to look at my calorie intake...just a thought. It can take a bit of adjusting to find the balance that works best for you.

I just toook a peek at your diet calendar. You aren't eating enough!! Only 645 cal yesterday?!?! Ibelieve that below 1000 impedes weight loss.

I lost 10 pounds last summer with 600 to 700 cal a day, do you think that eating less than 1000 keeps us fr loosing weight?

For some people I think it does. I think some people might be able to survive and lose weight eating below 1000 calories but for most people it makes the body refuse to lose the weight. That's why a 1200 calorie minimum is always suggested. I can tell you I couldn't survive eating below 1200. I would be starving.

Also from what little I know about eating healthy I would suggest doing some kind of calorie confusion. By that I mean one day only eat 800 calories and the next day eat maybe 1200 or 1300. It would keep the brain guessing what you're doing. Your brain wouldn't think you're starving all the time and might help you lose weight.

I also took a peek at some of your diaries. Consider dropping the Atkins bars. While you don't have many, one of the entries (Chocolate Hazelnut)is one of those flukey entries (IMO) in the database. It underestimates the TOTAL carb load, which is 18 on the package. While the focus is on NET carbs (and I think the NC for that product comes out correctly), I've found for myself that I can't completely ignore the TOTAL carb load that low-carb products have....that along with the load of sugar alcohols most of those products contain. See what happens if you drop those for a week and be sure EVERYTHING you eat comes from Induction-approved foods!
