Nice new low today, 212.2

I will sound like a broken record. So many times after cheat day I get discouraged and say "Never Again!", then a few days later I am experiencing a new low. Some weeks better than other. All I know is last few weeks 214 stands out a great deal, and now BOOM! Low 212.X's!! XD

I skipped 213!

Yesterday had some drama issues with my kids not getting summer jobs. It is a program US Military bases have for the kids. Apparently they only funded 10 slots this year, and had over 20 applicants! Now, we're talking about roughly 800 dollars per child. Economy, blah blah blah. I am so sick of hearing about that, while every Tom Dick and Harry on base has 20K golf carts. Anyhoo, I had crying teenagers, and had to teach em about those ugly facts of life. Eventually the young man in charge of the program called and apologized. He has only been here a month and was handed a rough situation.

Anyway, some other "nonsense" went on, and yesterday was tense, all day. Funny how when your in bad space it seems to rain bad news. I think it is like a karma thing. So, no time for sorrow.

Lunch yesterday was Chicken, Veggies and Rice at Nando's. They had a nice selection of new "Sidelines", mashed sweet potatoes, spinach, and a bean salad. Apparently you have to pay extra for them, and get the sides that come with the food also. Anyway, they have a real problem with help/substitutions, and the English language over there.

Dinner was a protein shake, 8 saltine crackers, and some peanut butter. It was after intense bike ride and that is all I wanted, until like 10PM, lol. I did not eat later.

Today, I am thankful for rolling with the punches and NEW LOWS!

I would love to have a $200 golf cart. I can paint the hubcaps "chrome" all by myself. And congrats on the new low! Every low is a new low from here on out! Your chart speaks for itself, even with the cheat day spikes. I think your body needs those cheat days, don't you dare cut them out! Bummer about the kids summer jobs. Can you employ them to do any meaningful chores around the house? Organize the garage, water the lawn, clean and detail the car(s), grow a family garden, etc??

Lol, MillaLite thanks. Yeah, I have some jobs for them for sure, whether they do them is another thing, and it takes my $$$! We are actually trying to bribe my daughter into doing her GED, but that is another long drama story I wont talk about :-P. I need a beer! XD

Hey, I understand about the bad news; it's usually not a one-time event, it's a season. Great job on the weight loss! And don't forget, if your weight fluctuates back to that 213 or 214, don't believe it, just keep doing what you're doing, and it will drop right back down. Have a great weekend!
