So I decided to start weighing myself twice a week, once Wednesday, and once Saturday. So, I'm excited to say I've lost .8 pounds since Sunday! I hope I keep up this good of a pace, I really want to meet my goal of 145 by August. Then after that, 135 by the end of October, and hopefully 125 by the end of January!
155.2 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
