Today started off on a pretty okay foot, once again i got the munchies while sleeping or up whichever you prefer but i didnt grab a capri sun instead i grabbed sum almonds and water..i guess you can say im getting a little bit better but give me a couple of days to completely cut that regimen out!! anyways i had some delicious red pepper hummus and grilled chicken for lunch although im not even sure if red pepper hummus is allowed on the SB diet phase 1? i really need some assistance with this diet because i feel as though im just eating whatever!!! anyways i just need a push or some advices onthe restrictions and allowances, once again if anyone happens to read this that may have any knwowledge please pass it on im accepting any suggestions or recommendations please let me know!!
