OKay. So far so good. I did a little IF on Monday which felt great and I think I can see a flatter abdomen. I have been doing some light lifting and hope to be at 167 by Monday.
168.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
