67 feels like 64..344am...GOOOOOOOOOOOOD FRIDAY MORNING..up an moving already..had planned on sleeping in alittle longer ...todays plan to get a morning ride in on the outside pavement..not sure how far or how long..but gonna dress after while an head out at 530am..will still be dark..but have 2
Bontrager Ion 800 R Front Bike Light.. .that i use on handlebars to light up my path..and i use a Bontrager Flare R Rear Bike Light..on seat post so people are aware that im on the road with them...along with yellow visible tshirt an riding bibs..i like to make sure im visible in the dark mornings ..

just listened to my morning meditation..started listening to the same morning meditation cause it puts my mind in same thoughts to start my day..

at moment im listening to rain an thunder sound therepy..as i journal this morning..with headphones on its so real..thought it was lightening outside as i was typing..lol...

got alot done yesterday..rode on zwift for 30 min..then cut grass later in the morning..enjoyed some sun for an hour..just set out an mellowed out to the rays of the sun..felt so good for a change to be able to soak them up an into body..its april an was in 80s yesterday..and again today as well..then by sunday cold again for a day or so..almost into nicer weather..just a few days of of colder weather before spring moves in...lol..another round of thunder on mp3 playing..so real when your listening an journaling..

well...4am..need to get up outta recliner..make the bed..walk into fitness room where the trek carbon is..air up tires if they need it..start getting ready to ride at 530am..still into a 23 hour fast..just another day of working off the flab an getting them endorphins up an moving along the way...

HAVE A GREATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT FRIDAY....KEEP IT MOVING..AND EAT HEALTHY..YOUR BODY DESERVES IT...

ohhh...a Trek carbon...how wonderful. Those strong lightweight bikes are out of my price range. I just do ride enough to be worth it. I did get a Specialized road bike with disc brakes - very smooth.
